MKJR is committed to building the next generation of road safety leaders. Through our leadership development programme, we equip young leaders with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to drive meaningful change in road safety.

Participants are trained to understand their roles and responsibilities in advancing safer roads, to collaborate effectively across sectors, and to align their efforts with the Safe System Approach. The programme also prepares young leaders to actively support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of MKJR’s road safety initiatives. By investing in leadership development, MKJR aims to strengthen long-term capacity and ensure sustainable impact in road safety efforts nationwide.
