At Majlis Keselamatan Jalan Raya Malaysia (MKJR), we are committed to financial transparency and accountability. To ensure public trust, we publish our audited financial statements on this site as they become available. Typically, the financial statement for each year is posted by the middle of the following year.
Our financial resources are strategically allocated to support initiatives aimed at reducing road crashes in Malaysia. This includes promoting road safety awareness among road users nationwide through campaigns, educational programmes, advocacy efforts and community-based interventions.
Traditionally, MKJR has been funded by the Government of Malaysia. However, as an approved institution under Subsection 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967, we are also eligible to receive contributions from private organisations and the public. Such support is vital in enabling us to expand our outreach and further our mission of creating safer roads for all Malaysians.
